RadiologyAssist – Best Value for Most Imaging Studies

What's Offered:
RadiologyAssist is a nationwide assistance program offering discounted self-pay rates at over 1,000 imaging centers, including multiple locations in the Buffalo area. They provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging including MRI, CT scans, X-rays, ultrasound, and mammography.

What's Required:
A physician order from our practice (we provide this for you at your visit). If you don't have an order, RadiologyAssist can arrange a telemedicine consult to obtain one. Prepayment is required before your appointment, and you'll receive a voucher to bring with you.

Pricing for Common Studies:

  • MRI (brain, spine, joint): Starting at $276

  • CT Scan (without contrast): $153

  • CT Scan (with contrast): $214

  • X-ray (chest, 1-2 views): $36–$47

  • Ultrasound (complete): $144

  • Mammogram (3D screening): $180

All prices are all-inclusive (facility fee, radiologist interpretation, images, and report).

Windsong Radiology – Comprehensive Imaging with Transparent Pricing

What's Offered:
Windsong Radiology operates multiple locations around Buffalo and provides a full suite of diagnostic imaging services including MRI, CT, PET scans, and specialized studies. They are known for subspecialized radiologists who catch subtle findings others may miss.

What's Required:
A physician requisition from our practice is required before scheduling or receiving a price quote. The requisition must include your name, date of birth, address, and phone number.

  • MRI Brain (without contrast): $475

DIA Invision Health – Affordable, Locally-Owned Imaging

What's Offered:
DIA Invision Health is a locally-owned, full-service outpatient imaging center serving Western New York for over 30 years. All radiologists are board-certified. They specialize in adult and pediatric radiology and offer the most advanced MRI equipment, including Open MRI for patient comfort.

What's Required:
A doctor's prescription from our practice. We will provide this at your visit.

Pricing for Common Studies:

  • MRI (most studies, without contrast): $450

  • MRI (with contrast, add): $100

Southtowns Radiology – Premier South Buffalo Imaging

What's Offered:
Southtowns Radiology has locations in Hamburg, Orchard Park, and West Seneca and is the only imaging provider in the area offering 3D mammography. They are accredited as a Breast Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology and provide same-day or next-day mammogram results. Services include MRI (including Open MRI), CT, ultrasound, X-ray, bone density screening, and cardiac calcium scoring.

A physician order from our practice. We will provide this at your visit and can help you schedule.
