Aaron Masters is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in Western New York. With expertise in family medicine, acute care, and clinical leadership, Aaron combines rigorous medical training with a commitment to treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.​

Aaron earned his Master of Science in Nursing from D'Youville College, specializing in family practice, and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). His clinical experience spans urgent care, primary care management, and multidisciplinary team leadership. He brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every interaction, taking time to educate patients and empower them to take active ownership of their health.

Aaron is a proud member of the Christian Medical & Dental Association (CMDA) and the Wilderness Medical Society (WMS), and maintains current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Beyond his clinical practice, Aaron is committed to integrating faith with medicine. He believes that caring for the body is a form of stewardship and that an educated patient is a healthier patient. This philosophy shapes how he practices—combining sound medical science with genuine compassion for those he serves.

When not in the clinic, Aaron is a husband and father to four children. He serves as a pastor at Covenant Reformed Church (CREC). He also enjoys music, having earned a Master of Music in piano performance and literature.
