Aaron Masters (FNP-BC) offers quality, Christian primary care for adults and families (ages 4+) through telehealth services in WNY; available when you need it.
All patients are welcome, but this practice is designed to serve patients who:
Do not have insurance coverage.
Need primary care services done quickly.
Or, who need transitional care (med management, follow up labs, wellness checks, hospital or emergency room follow up) as they look for an in-person primary care provider.
Our Services
Comprehensive Wellness Review – $200 (45–60 minutes)
When to choose this:
You are new to our practice and seeking to establish care as your primary healthcare provider, or you have complex medical needs requiring a thorough evaluation.
The Comprehensive Wellness Review can also be bundled inside our subscription plans at a better overall value for most patients.
Acute / Urgent Telehealth Visits – $40–$80 (15–30 minutes)
When to choose this:
You have a new, isolated medical problem that needs evaluation and treatment, and you do NOT need a full wellness review. Ideal for patients who need a quick follow up or have an acute problem.
- $40 for a focused 15-minute visit
- $80 for a 30-minute visit when more time is needed
Subscription Options – Ongoing Telehealth Primary Care
When to choose this:
You want ongoing access to urgent telehealth visits, a Comprehensive Wellness Review bundled at better value, and secure messaging with Aaron throughout the year. Our subscriptions are designed for individuals and families who prefer predictable, membership-based care rather than paying per visit.
⏰ Limited-Time Founding Memberships
Lock in deeply discounted telehealth primary care rates for life. Founding memberships close when capacity is reached.
Founding Individual: Includes up to 8 urgent telehealth visits per year as needed, plus 1 comprehensive wellness review for one adult (with flexibility to occasionally use a visit for your spouse).
Founding Family: Includes up to 10 urgent telehealth visits per year shared across the household, plus 1 wellness review for each household member (ages 4+) under one membership.
Founding Individual: $40/month or $400/year |
Founding Family: $80/month or $864/year
If you have children (ages 4+), Founding Family usually gives you the most care for your money.

Standard Subscriptions
- Telehealth Basic: 4 visits/year – for generally healthy adults who rarely need care.
- Telehealth Plus: 8 visits/year – for adults (and sometimes a spouse) needing regular follow-up.
- Telehealth Family: 10 shared visits/year – for households with children (ages 4+).
- Miss the founding rates? These are your ongoing options, with 10% off if you pay yearly.
Pay-As-You-Go (No Membership)
Prefer flexibility? Pay only for what you use. Wellness Review ($200) | Acute Visit ($40) | Extended Visit ($80). Perfect for trying telehealth before committing.
All services are telehealth. Ages 4 and up. If in-person care becomes available at a future location, telehealth rates are locked in—in-person rates will be separately priced.
